Invitation: Amazon Local Grants – International Funding

Hello dear Non-Profit-Organisation,

Amazon Local Grants is a closed grant program in which only organizations nominated by Amazon can participate. You can find more information about the program here.

And this is how you take part in Amazon Local Grants:

In order to receive funding from Amazon, you must conclude a donation agreement with Haus des Stiftens. You can find more information about Haus des Stiftens at Haus des Stiftens: Engagiert für Engagierte.

Next steps:

1. Please send the completed (unsigned) donation agreement to localgrants.communityfund@hausdesstiftens.org. You can find the template here.

2. We initiate the signing of the contract via DocuSign.

3. After the contract is signed, please send us the completed project application (please use the template under document 1). We will then send the project application to the Amazon Ambassador, who will approve it and determine the final funding amount.

4. After reviewing and approving the project application, we (Haus des Stiftens) transfer the donation to the bank account stated in the project application.

5. As soon as the donation has been received, please send us the confirmation of receipt (please use the template under document 2).

6. After completion of the project, we need a very short final report (please use the template in document 3). Please send it to localgrants.communityfund@hausdesstiftens.org.
